Our goal is to provide meaningful sessions and courses with positive information that will help you move forward. Following any given session it is entirely up to you whether or not you choose to purchase another session or course from us in the future. We will not try to talk you in to purchasing another session nor will we try to “upsell” you with additional products or services.
Accidental Purchase
If you ordered the wrong session or course, let us know immediately. We will credit your balance toward the right session and/or refund the difference. However, if you've already started working on the course we can't offer a refund.
In-Person Class Cancellation/Refund Policy
We must make plans and arrangements for my classes (including preparations, buying supplies, travel renting space, etc.) in advance. It would be frustrating, for example, to receive a cancellation request after we've already printed your certificate and bought your book and supplies. :-) Thus, we cannot offer a refund if you cancel sooner than one week before the class starts. This will give us time to make other arrangements, if necessary.
Online Class Cancellation/Refund Policy
Because you receive access to the entire course following your purchase, self-paced courses are non-refundable with the following exception. If you purchase a class by accident, and we have not yet emailed login information to you, immediately request cancellation by email and you will receive a full refund.
Online course purchases with "live" sessions are fully refundable if you request a refund before the first session.
Returns/Refunds Sessions and class fees are non-refundable except as described above.
